2. Processing When Using the Website
When the website is accessed, technically necessary server log data is processed by the hosting provider (including a shortened IP address, date/time, the page accessed and the browser type). This data serves the secure and stable operation of the site and is not used to identify individual persons. The hosting provider is Vercel Inc. (USA); the website runs on its globally distributed infrastructure, and data may be transferred to the USA. A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel; Standard Contractual Clauses apply to the transfer to the USA.
3. Contact Form and Email
When you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, company, email address and your message) solely in order to respond to your enquiry and to prepare any potential engagement. Your data is not passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to handle your enquiry or required by law. The form is transmitted via a server function at Vercel (USA); your enquiry is then delivered by email to our mailbox at a Swiss mail host, where it is processed.
4. Cookies and Tracking
This website uses Umami, a privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics tool. Umami records anonymised usage statistics (e.g. pages viewed, referrer, approximate region, browser and device type) — without cookies, without cross-device tracking and without personal data that identifies you. Your IP address is not stored. As no consent-requiring cookies are set, no cookie banner is necessary. The service used is Umami Cloud (cloud.umami.is); data may be transferred abroad. Umami also respects your browser's Do Not Track setting: when it is enabled, no data is collected.
5. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the stated purpose or as required by law, and delete it thereafter.
6. Your Rights
Under the revFADP you have the right to information about the data processed concerning you, as well as the right to rectification, deletion or restriction of processing. To exercise these rights, please contact the responsible party named above.
7. Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Data transmission over the internet is encrypted (HTTPS).
